1. PAJE Music Policy 🎶

Submissions: Artists may submit original music for playlist consideration or distribution.
Ownership: The artist retains all rights to their music unless a separate distribution/sales agreement is signed.
Licensing: By submitting, artists grant PAJE a limited, non-exclusive right to feature music on playlists, social media, or promotional materials.
Sales/Distribution: If PAJE sells/streams music on behalf of the artist, a written agreement will outline revenue splits, timelines, and rights.
Rejection Rights: PAJE reserves the right to refuse submissions that conflict with brand values (Purpose, Audacity, Jesus, Excellence).

Service Agreements: All services (marketing campaigns, publishing packages, websites) require a signed contract outlining scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Deposits & Payments: A non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required before work begins. Balance is due upon project completion/delivery.
Ownership:
- Book manuscripts remain the author’s intellectual property.
- Final websites are transferred to the client upon full payment.
- Marketing assets created by PAJE may be reused in our portfolio (unless confidentiality is requested).
Edits/Revisions: Limited rounds of edits included; additional changes incur extra charges.
Termination: Early termination by the client forfeits the deposit.

Orders: Confirmed once payment is received.
Pricing: Prices displayed in USD (or JMD if local). Taxes/duties may apply depending on region.
Shipping:
- Standard delivery timelines apply by region.
- Free shipping thresholds may apply.
- PAJE is not responsible for customs delays or fees.
Returns & Refunds:
- Returns accepted within 14 days if unused/unworn.
- Custom, digital, or sale items are final.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Risk of Loss: Responsibility transfers to the buyer once items are shipped.

Feature Requests: Clients may purchase or apply for features (spotlights, interviews, ads).
Editorial Control: PAJE reserves the right to edit submissions for clarity, length, and tone.
Accuracy: Contributors must ensure information is accurate and not infringing.
Compensation: Unless otherwise stated, contributors are not financially compensated.
Distribution: Featured articles may appear on the PAJE website, socials, or email lists.

Interviews: Guests agree to be recorded, filmed, and broadcast across PAJE TV channels.
Release of Rights: Guests grant PAJE the right to use interview footage for promotion, rebroadcast, and archives.
Conduct: Guests must avoid defamatory, offensive, or unlawful statements during interviews.
Editing Rights: PAJE may edit content for clarity, timing, or brand alignment.
No Guarantee: An invitation does not guarantee airing; scheduling may change at PAJE’s discretion.

Access: Users agree to use the website lawfully and respectfully.
Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login details.
Restrictions: No hacking, data scraping, or misuse of content.
Content Use: Website material is for personal, non-commercial use unless permission is granted.
Cookies: The website may use cookies/analytics; users can opt-out via browser settings.
