📑 PAJE Media Group – Policies & Terms

1. General Terms & Conditions

  • Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using PAJE Media Group platforms (TV, Music, Magazine, Merch Hub), users agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Changes to Terms: PAJE Media Group reserves the right to update or amend terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.

  • Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

 

 

2. Content & Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content (articles, music, videos, logos, graphics, designs) is owned by PAJE Media Group unless otherwise stated.

  • User Contributions: Contributors grant PAJE a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute submitted content across its platforms.

  • Restrictions: Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit PAJE content without written permission.

2b. Talent Release

  • Consent: By participating in PAJE TV, Music, Magazine, or other projects, individuals grant PAJE permission to record, photograph, and publish their image, voice, or work.

  • Usage: Content may be used in broadcasts, advertising, marketing, archives, and promotional materials.

  • No Compensation: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, appearances are voluntary and unpaid.

  • Duration: Release is perpetual and worldwide.

  • Exceptions: Specific restrictions must be agreed upon in advance and in writing.

 

 

3. Publishing & Media Submissions

  • Accuracy: Contributors are responsible for the accuracy and originality of their submissions.

  • Editorial Rights: PAJE reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove submissions that do not align with brand values (Purpose, Audacity, Jesus, Excellence).

  • Compensation: Unless otherwise agreed, content submissions are voluntary and unpaid.

 

 

4. Merch Hub (E-commerce) Policies

  • Orders: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

  • Pricing: Prices are displayed in USD (or local equivalent). Taxes, duties, and shipping costs may apply.

  • Shipping: Delivery timelines vary by region. Free shipping thresholds may apply.

  • Returns/Refunds: Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt. Customized or digital items are non-refundable.

  • Risk of Loss: Risk passes to the customer once the order is shipped.

 

 

5. Payment & Billing

  • Accepted Payments: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and other approved methods.

  • Subscription Services: Certain PAJE services (magazine features, exclusive content) may require recurring payments.

  • Failed Payments: Non-payment may result in suspension of service.

  • Information Collected:

    • Personal info (name, email, phone, billing/shipping addresses).

    • Payment details (processed securely via third-party providers).

    • Website usage data (via analytics and cookies).

8. Liability & Disclaimers

  • No Guarantees: PAJE does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or outcomes from using its services.

  • Limitation of Liability: PAJE is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or third-party actions.

  • Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify PAJE against claims arising from their misuse of the platforms.

 

 

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica (or where PAJE is officially incorporated).

  • Dispute Resolution: Disputes will first be addressed through mediation; if unresolved, settled in Jamaican courts.
